We are Pastificio Maiella - a family business founded in 1946 in Pretoro, in the Abruzzo region. We make artisanal pasta using modern methods to offer you unique taste experiences.

Our noodles are made using only the finest durum wheat semolinas and fresh spring water, and pressed through our special bronze dies. Each noodle is slowly dried at a low temperature to preserve its unique flavor characteristics.
